My only complaint is that you have to apply the mask through towel-dried hair, which means getting out of the shower, waiting 10 minutes for it to work its magic, then jumping back in to rinse it out.
I tried the mask on day-two hair that I wet and towel-dried, but it wasn't as effective since my hair wasn't properly prepped.

Considering the amount of mask you get in each bottle, the biggest downside is the price. Again, I have a lot of hair and after two washes, I’m almost done with the product.
