The single-serve container holds 8 ounces of formula; the larger container has sections that hold 8 ounces each so it’ll make three bottles. Parents love that the cups snap shut firmly and don’t pop open, and that the lid’s pouring spout is funnel-shaped so pouring neatly is easier.

Parents warn that the lid must be placed carefully on the three-serving container, or else you could dump out too much at a time or the formula portions might accidentally mingle.
While it definitely wasn’t a lot of migration, there was some formula from other compartments that moved around. Formula sticking to the side/lid. There was more formula that stuck to the lid of the compartment than we’d like, but again, not so much that it is a concern. It cannot be sterilized. Like most formula dispensers, the Munchkin cannot be sterilized or it will melt. Yes, you can wash it in the upper rack of your dishwasher.
While some buyers felt that the materials used to make the Munchkin Dispenser were cheap, they have held up through dishwashers and rambunctious babies just fine.
They can’t be steam-sterilized, boiled, or microwaved because they can melt or warp.
The lid is hard to open. Not microwave safe.
