What reviewers liked

These vitamins contain "methylated folate"—a pretty buzzy word in the prenatal vitamin world. Folate is one of the most important vitamins in prenatal pills, but some women have a genetic condition that makes it hard for their bodies to convert the folic acid in most prenatals to the active form the body can use, Wright explains.
Probiotics and digestive enzymes reduce morning sickness.
Some of the highlights noted are that the product has higher levels of vitamin D than other pills, is easy to take, doesn’t make you nauseous, and contains folate, as opposed to folic acid. Not to mention, Mama Bird AM/PM Prenatal Multivitamins come at an affordable price!
On the positive side, Mama Bird AM/PM prenatals have 800 mcg of Folate in it, which is the perfect amount.
Even if you’re not a vegan or vegetarian, you might enjoy that every ingredient in these vitamins has been carefully sourced from high-quality synthetics or whole foods where possible.

What reviewers didn't like

But there's a catch: You won't know if you have the condition unless you have genetic testing done.
More expensive than other brands. Bottle only lasts for 1 month.
On the other hand, however, these pills are slightly large, and don’t have any sort of smooth coating on the tablets, so they are a little more challenging to swallow. They have that dry feeling to them, if that makes any sense.
The tablets are quite large. Not enough calcium. No DHA.
