Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

It does all the stuff you would expect from a swim coach’s stopwatch: split times, running time, stroke rate and so on.
It recalls without stopping the timer.
The Finis Stopwatch is our top overall pick for swim coaches. The functionality, ease of use, and durability makes this stopwatch second to none.
It has an auto-calculation of stroke rate and is programmed for every third stroke, as well.

What reviewers didn't like

While it is listed as being water resistant, it’s not water-proof.
Its beeping cannot be turned off.
This stopwatch does not have a backlight, so you will will not be able to see it in the dark (sorry coaches who train outdoors at 5 am with limited deck lighting).
