What reviewers liked

It delivers even heat to up to nine slices of bread and can easily handle a 13-inch frozen pizza or a whole roast chicken (whereas our other pick, the Panasonic FlashXpress, can fit only a handful of frozen snacks).
Heating power of 1800 watts gives fast heat-up, precise temperature, and perfect results every time. Updated control panel with internal light. Includes two wire racks, broiler pan, and pizza stone.
The control panel is easy to use, with self-explanatory settings and a clear display that makes operation simple and straightforward.

What reviewers didn't like

Button labels could rub off over time and/or extended use. Pizza setting takes time to heat up. Door does close tightly but but exterior gets hot.
On the negative side, we have a few complaints. The first regards the light bulb being inaccessible – once it burns out, it can’t be replaced by the home handyperson. The large selector dial is a bit cheap, being made of plastic instead of metal.
