What reviewers liked

Made of high quality memory foam. We love how it has ventilation holes to improve airflow.
The product comes as a bundle that includes a sleep mask, ear plugs and a small travel pouch for storage.
No odor unlike most memory foams.
On a more general level, I found the pillow’s basic construction to meet and exceed the minimum expected level. The velour cover is perfectly-sized and very well-stitched, with no signs of fraying, no shoddy seams, and no unnecessary “give.”
The memory foam is very responsive while the pillow is designed with ventilation holes to prevent heat retention, so it is unlikely you will experience any discomfort from heat gathered due to the lack of airflow.
Comes with a carrying case and sleep mask.
The Aeris has a textured outer cover that reminds me of that of the Tempur-Pedic pillow and can be zipped off and machine washed. This is helpful if your pillow gets dirty while traveling or if you end up drooling over the pillow.
Unlike other memory foam pillows, this one has ventilation holes, which prevent it from getting too hot. It’s also aerated for seven days for the memory foam scent to dissipate.
- Heavy
When you open up the Aeris Memory Foam Travel Neck Pillow you quickly realize you not only received a neck pillow, but also a small travel package of goodies as well. My pillow came with a travel case, sleep mask to block out the light, and two black foam earplugs.
There are ventilation holes in the pillow which prevents this memory foam travel neck pillow from getting warm, and thus you get a comfortable sleep.
Not only is it comfortable and supportive, this pillow comes with memory foam ear plugs and an eye mask that work to keep the noise and light out when looking to take a nap during your trip.
In terms of design the Aeris looks great, but more than that, its visco-elastic memory foam contours to the shape of your neck, so you’re not going to feel any bumps.
This pillow is easy to use, fits accurately around your neck even if you keep moving from one side to another side. You’ll feel very comfortable with the travel pillow as it is made of high-quality memory foam.

What reviewers didn't like

Some find the pillow too thick and hard.
The black pillow is softer than the other ones.
Too bulky for smaller users
Does not support the chin.
Too firm for some
It's heavy.
Thick foam in the back of the pillow may push your head forward in high-backed seating. Too thick and/or firm for some; causes neck stiffness after extended use (main complaint from customers)
Some users found it to be ineffective in providing support to the chin
A little large and firm for a small size person.
