Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

It is very comfortable and flexible
Huge size that enhances its comfort and use.
It rolls down into a compact travel sack, making it great for long outings, when space and weight are high priorities.
It folds down to five by two inches—the size of a soda can—for a super-compact fit. It’s simple to inflate and deflate, and you can control the firmness with the press of a button. It features a removable strap to connect it to your sleeping bag.
This pillow for backpacking is also ultra-light. In fact, it is lighter than a soda can.
Both pillow and carrying sack are waterproof, and the pillow features a no-slip bottom that helps keep it in place under your head.
The Trekology camping pillow is packed with a removable and breathable cotton cover. This enables adequate circulation of air, which prevents the build-up of moisture.
The great combination of comfort and weight makes this pillow a fantastic choice.
The pillow also comes with curve to fully accommodate the head while the front fabric is made of TPU materials for greater elasticity and comfy.
Another really thoughtful add-on to this particular camping pillow is the posterior slip-resistant surface that gives it much the much required stability that’s almost a necessity in the wilderness.

The pillow itself is compact in nature, quite comfortable, ergonomically designed and inflates easily to allow for zero wastage of time.
With an ergonomic design made to cradle your head as you sleep, this pillow works for almost any sleep style without causing discomfort, making it perfect for both side and stomach sleepers.
It too is very easy to use. There is an added button where you could click and blow in 3 to 5 breaths, and it will be inflated well and right for you to sleep on.
The pillow generally stays in place on the sleeping mattress.

What reviewers didn't like

Height is too low for side sleeping
Bulky valve that complicates packaging.
Plug can be difficult to use in cold
You may need a pillowcase or some sort of cover to prevent sticking to the material and improve the comfort. Fitting it back in the case can be a hassle.
Some users complain about a plastic feature in the pillow
Very few do not like the pillow, and the common reason is the fact that after some time, the pillow just can no longer hold the air.
I have a minor quibble with the stuff sack. It seems too small. You really have to make sure all the air comes out of the pillow while rolling it up to make it fit back into the stuff sack.
