Suitable for all body types: simply cut along the outlines to reduce them from size 14 to as small as 4½ (approximately 47 to 36 in Euro measurements). They are about a fifth of an inch thick, which provides some padding without squeezing your feet.
A great feature is that the insoles can be washed either by hand or in a machine which is not the case with some other models.
Thermup’s most significant feature is that you can machine and hand wash them because the rubber heating element is unaffected by water, making them waterproof. Because Thermup is not controlled by a remote, the price is extremely low compared to other solutions on the market. It comes with an easy-to-use control device that you can set up in a matter of seconds.

What reviewers didn't like

The highest gets uncomfortably hot. There’s no room for the battery inside the sole itself. Instead, you have to wear a strap around your ankle and run a cable down into the side of your shoe.
These insoles are can be cut into size for anyone with feet between sizes 4.5-14 for a tight and snug fit. The problem with such a wide range is that the actual heating area is a little smaller than other models as it only covers the area of the smallest foot.
These insoles don’t grip the shoes as well as an adhesive option, such as the Hothands pairs. Instead, these Thermrups have a flannelette base that doesn’t grip shoes as well.
Some people felt heel too thick.
