The handle is made of thermoplastic elastomeric and has a finger-contoured, non-slip-grip which makes handling the blender easy.
Reviewers praise said grip for being comfortable and easy to hold. It's weighty and heavy-duty, and features solid blades with sharp edges that are easy to clean by tossing the entire unit into the dishwasher.
It features sharp stainless steel blades that easily combine the ingredients and require minimal effort.
Really solidly built (as you’d expect from a SUMO anything), and the fact that it doubles as a heavy-duty pastry cutter doesn’t make the SUMO dough blender a write off.

I did wonder whether you really need a device at all given that Jamie Oliver manages just fine with his fingertips for that recipe?
