What reviewers liked

A powerful unit that offers variable temperatures and speeds, making it suitable for all sizes of dogs.
Whether you’re grooming a small cat or a large dog, the time required to dry their coat with this product is far less when compared to other designs on the market. It should only take about 30 minutes to dry a fully-grown golden retriever. A small dog or cat will take 10 minutes or less. Thanks to this dryer’s huge air flow, it saves time and stress for both you and your pup, getting the task done in record time.
Delighted customers attribute the success of the model down to its powerful motor that is designed to fully dry even double-coated dogs. Another notable feature customers rave about is the Shelandy Dryer's ability to effectively control to airflow, so smaller dogs won't be blown away by the dryer's overwhlemingly high velocity.
This dryer offers two temperature options: cold or warm. Overheat protections are installed on both the motor and the heater, and if this pick starts to overheat, it’s designed to automatically shut off. Plus, this pick's plastic parts are flame-resistant.

The springy hose is over six feet long and has four different nozzle attachments to achieve the desired look for your pet. It has two adjustable airflow speeds (65mph and 135mph) and two heat settings. You can adjust the settings to the size of your pet to help regulate the speed and airflow. This dryer is an excellent starter dryer at an affordable price point.
This model has adjustable power from 25M/S-60M/S, via the stepless airflow adjuster, as well as 2 temperature options. They are low, but they are just right for nervous dogs. It still deals with the excess water, dead fur and smell well, while saving a lot of time.

What reviewers didn't like

Sveral reports of dryer randomly making a high-pitched squaling noise, which usually startles dogs.
Despite the product page announcing a new noise reducer with four different levels of noise reduction, along with the noise-reducing nozzles, testers were not happy with the level of sound they encountered. Multiple testers described the sound as a whistling or shrieking noise, which either upset them or upset their pet. Certainly not pleasant!
Only 2 heat settings (on or off).
