[ MULTIFUNCTIONAL ] Kitchen Tool that can mince all kinds of ingredients, from garlic, to ginger, herbs, nuts and more! This gadget does so much more! [ PEELING GARLIC ] Deliver a “whack!” using the Garlic Twister to the unpeeled clove. This loosens the skin for quick removal. You can do a whole head full of garlic in this way in seconds! [ USING THE TWISTER ] After peeling the garlic as above, place 2-3 cloves to start in the unit, and twist. Work your way down. Expect minced bits mixed with juices to come out! PRIOR TO REMOVAL, pack the ingredients into triangles (see pictures) this is CRUCIAL for ease of removal of the garlic! Should you find it difficult to twist, “pre-smash” the garlic as above. This weakens the clove making it easier to twist.
