You can also put it in a flat position and use it as a step stool. This footstool is made out of a sustainable rubberwood, and there's a non-slip grip surface on the top so your feet won't slide off while you're breastfeeding.

What reviewers didn't like
It has some strips on the top of the stool that are meant to be grippy for your feet. I know some people do not like them because they feel sort of like sandpaper.
