Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Even though Mustela is known for its baby skincare, its products (including this micellar water) can be used on people of all ages. And think about it: If it's gentle enough to use all over a newborn's delicate body, it's gentle enough for an adult to use on their own skin.
And the fact that it was formulated with sensitive infant and toddler skin in mind means it's going to go oh-so-easy on adult complexions, too. You can thank its titular organic aloe and olive oil in this simple blend, nourishing and soothing alongside only six other ingredients.
- Allure
Not only did the gentle no-rinse water remove all of my makeup, it also left me feeling refreshed–and not the least bit dehydrated or tight like some cleansers do.
- Health
This no-rinse micellar water cleanser from Mustela is a fan-favorite. The ingredients are everything you want (think: lots of plant-based goodness), and none of the stuff you don’t. It is highly rated by the EWG, and many parents actually use it as a skin treatment for baby acne.

What reviewers didn't like

Worth noting: A few parents reported rashes or worsening of baby acne, so you could try a spot test for a few days to see how your baby’s skin reacts.
