What reviewers didn't like

Touch screen can be slow to respond. SmartScreen security feature isn't obvious to novice users.
Expensive. Limited third-party integration. Doesn't support HomeKit or IFTTT.
Limited flexibility for home integrations, for instance, Apple HomeKit is not an option for users.
Industrial ugly. Setup is an ordeal, in both hardware and software. If you have other models of Kwikset smart locks, you can't use the same app to control all.
