Holds knives in place using a series of flexible sleeves that widen as needed for larger blades. Up to 18 knives can be safely stored in this block, and the longest blade it will accommodate is eight inches. It's big enough for most types of knives, excluding the occasional bread knife or cleaver.
Besides, this block is super easy to clean, has a slim fit, and is well balanced. The knife block consumes less counter space and unlike traditional blocks, it is much easier to clean the plastic tray.
An innovative flexible accordion inlay is made of coated heavy-bond paper, and holds knives at the bolster to separate blades and keep them safe from damage. It easily pops out for hand washing or a run through the dishwasher, and conveniently allows the body to be quickly washed as well.

On the plus side, the block does not take up much counter space and cleaning the plastic tray is effortless compared to traditional knife blocks that have several hard-to-reach slots. Easy to clean, clear view of the knife blades, compact footprint, relatively affordable
A transparent countertop knife block with a flexible inlay which can take different sizes of knives and shears up to 8" in length. The inlay can be removed to clean the block and the base of the block is weighted to prevent the block from tipping over. Dismantles to clean

What reviewers didn't like

Small knives may not fit well.
You cannot store cleaver or occasional bread knives in this knife block. Some users have mentioned that smaller knives may not stay too well in the slots.
Complaints are few, but there are a couple of common themes. The first is that smaller knives don’t sit true, and they tend to tilt or lean when placed in the holder. The second regards the components being somewhat lightweight. A few owners have reported that larger blades have pulled the accordion holder out of the block, some say it’s awkward to remove knives, and a couple more report that it tips over too easily.

Small knives may not fit well
The flexible inlay is not as heavy duty as expected and if this block does get knocked over, there is a risk of the plastic cracking. Although the inlay holds larger knives in place well; smaller knives can slide about as there is not enough tension in the inlay to hold them in place straight.
