Greenworks Mulching Long-Lasting Leaf Blower

Last updated: October 12, 2022

For a battery-powered model, the Greenworks Cordless Leaf Blower boasts a surprising amount of power. You'll get airflow of 125 miles per hour and six different speed options. At the same time, it's much more affordable and lightweight than similarly powerful gas models, weighing only 5.6 pounds. It doesn't come with a battery, though, so you'll need to purchase one separately.

Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

It gives you up to 125 miles per hour of airflow and has multiple speed settings to give you more or less blowing power.
The GreenWorks leaf blower is light and easy to carry, so you won’t get too tired to finish the job. Its lightweight design means it’s easier to manipulate and capture more debris with each sweep of this agile too. Due to the leaf blower’s durable design, you can count on consistent performance year after year, without having to constantly repair or replace broken components.
There are stronger blowers on the market (both gas-powered and cordless) but I doubt you'll find any with a street price this low.

What reviewers didn't like

For an electric leaf blower, this unit is on the heavy side at nearly 10 pounds and a few people say the bulk of the weight comes from the battery in the back, which leaves it feeling a little unbalanced.
As a vacuum, the GreenWorks Blower can demonstrate some suction, but this is definitely not its strong suit. I attempted several uses with the vacuum mode and finally decided that, while that feature was supported, it was only truly effective on very small, very light—and very dry—material.
