One thing we were really surprised by is how deceptive the main compartment is: you think it's going to be small but then you open it up and realize it's actually really big. Big enough that we could fit in: The Spectra S2 breast pump and accessories, diaper rash ointment, the changing pad (it's included), burp cloths, disposable diapers (or cloth diapers), and an extra change of clothes. And there was still room to spare. We really liked how large and versatile this backpack diaper bag was in our testing.

There is no internal organization on this one and the zippers are very smooth and this is a really nice wipeable fabric.
The zippers used for its construction are vigorous and superior.
We also love the other side pocket placed outside. This insulated bottle pocket is not just designed for holding one bottle; it is large enough to fit several bottles. This bottle pocket has zippers, so your bottles are safe and can’t fall accidentally.
The bag wears well and is designed to last thanks to its lightweight, durable, BPA-free, water-resistant twill polyester material. (Plus, if something does break, there’s a lifetime warranty.)

A bit expensive than other brands.
When placing the bag on the floor or ground, it falls over rather than stand up, making is difficult to access the contents of the bag.
Only a couple of small drawbacks. First, there have been reports of quality control issues with this bag. We didn't have any issues, but some moms report ripping near zippers, or the insulated pocket coming apart at the seams.
Some would prefer it to hold a larger capacity.
There is room to improve on the quality.
The price of this backpack is a little high.
Some parents complain about the pocket for baby bottles is too small to fit most bottles.
Bag could be too big if you travel light or have a short day out.
The bag sometimes falls over and won’t stand up on its own.
It would be nice if it had an extra insulated bottle pocket.

Won’t stand up when you place it down which means searching and digging isn’t quite as easy.
