Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Lightweight. Comes in four lengths. Highly portable.
- Byrdie
Comes in a variety of lengths. Lightweight.
Does as good a job as other foam rollers at a lower price. Made of EPP, the cylinder has a slightly rough surface texture that keeps it from slipping against clothes or the floor, and the 36-inch size allows for techniques that smaller rollers don’t, like stretches that involve lying along its length.
Very firm. Made to last. Very good size (long version). Perfect for sore muscles. Affordable.
Choose this foam roller if you're looking for a compact option for occasional use.

What reviewers didn't like

Can feel the raised seams.
- Byrdie
May wear and tear over time.
The only caveat is that people who are new to foam rolling or sensitive to the pressure of self-massage (it can hurt!) might find the very firm density—like that of just about any EPP roller—to be too intense.
Several customers experienced raised seams and rougher edges, but this seems to be rather exception than rule.
Some users noted a slight but noticeable seam down the middle of the roller, which may be uncomfortable.
