I really wanted to like this product. It seems like a great thing to be able to add wheatgrass and veggies to your diet so simply. I’ve been adding this to a smoothie every day and it’s not so bad that way. If you were to drink it just mixed with water it’s terrible. But I’ve seen no benefits from this. I have no increase in energy, I am actually more constipated after using this for the past two months, and I have gotten sick twice now since being in it, so it’s obviously not improving my immune system.

After opening the tub and removing the protective cover you can smell the Super Greens powder. It’s not unpleasant but smells very earthy, like mown grass. The taste is okay, certainly has more of a “grassy” taste than some of the other Super Greens I have tried. Although it didn’t put me off drinking it, it doesn’t taste as great as other green supplements I have tried – such as Athletic Greens.

The first time I tried Amazing Grass super greens was after lunch, I had mild stomach discomfort but could have been due to something else I ate at lunch.

The small serving size may also prompt those who are concerned with getting the more nutrients in their diet to top up on other micronutrients instead of solely relying on this product.
