Is there anything better than the smell of coffee and fresh-baked bread?

If you’re a fan of Panera food and drinks, there’s never been a better time to apply for the job at this fast-casual restaurant chain. Panera recently announced that it wants to hire 10,000 people by the end of 2017.

Why? Because Panera plans to expand is delivery service to 35-40 percent of its cafes by the end of the year. They’re hiring for delivery driver jobs and in-cafe jobs as a result of this expansion. (Apply here today!)

“In many places across the country, all that’s available for delivery is pizza or Chinese food,” said Panera founder and CEO Ron Shaich in a statement. “We’re closing the gap in delivery alternatives and creating a way for people to have more options for real food delivered to their homes and workplaces.”

Panera is also rolling out a new order tracking system that will let you follow your food all the way from Panera to your house (as if you weren’t hungry enough). You’ll get a notification when the driver is arriving.

Panera said the delivery driver positions will come with daytime hours and competitive wages.

Other perks include:

  • Mileage and tips paid daily
  • Part-time and full-time positions available
  • Discounts on Panera meals (nom nom nom)
  • Development for opportunities
  • No cash handling required
  • No alcohol or grease in your environment

Panera operates 2,036 cafes in 46 states (and Canada!), so chances are pretty good that they’ll be hiring at the location near you. You need to have a valid driver’s license, a clean background and driving record and proof of insurance to be considered for these jobs.

Other skills required include:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Professional appearance
  • Your own vehicle for deliveries
