Did you miss out on Amazon Prime Day earlier this summer? Don’t worry! You won’t have to wait until next year for another chance at savings from Amazon. Another big sales event is happening this fall, so it’ll be just in time for some early holiday shopping.

This year’s fall sale, Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days, will run Oct. 10-11, the company announced on Sept. 18.

The retailer promises new deals every five minutes and “personalized recommendations based on past purchases, browsing history, and items saved to their Lists” for Prime members to make it easier to shop the sale.

Now that the dates have been announced, Amazon is also letting members sign up for “invite-only deals” on products that are likely to sell out during the sale, such as this Blink outdoor security camera that will be on sale for $99.99 (regularly $249.99). Members can request an invite now, and you’ll get an email if you’ve been invited to the deal by Oct. 11.

Members can also set up deal notifications for recent searches by clicking on the Prime Big Deal Days link in the Amazon app.

You must be an Amazon Prime member to participate in this event. You can become a Prime member before Prime Big Deal Days begin. An Amazon Prime membership costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year if you pay annually.

If you are a student, there is a special rate of $7.49 per month or $69 per year if you pay annually. You must go to the official Amazon Prime Student website to enter your qualifications for this discounted rate.

We can also look to last year’s fall sale event for more clues about what to expect during Prime Big Deal Days. In the fall of 2022, when Amazon held its Prime Early Access Sale, the company had a 48-hour event to give Prime members first access to holiday deals, from 80% off Fire TVs and Amazon Echo devices to up to 50% off toys.  We also saw discounts on Roombas, Beats headphones, Ninja appliances and more.

In the meantime, check out a few Amazon deals you can get this week! All discounts should automatically be applied when checking out.

As with any Amazon sale, the prices can change at any time. You’ll want to act quickly to get the best deal.
