A Walt Disney World vacation can sometimes feel more like a marathon than a relaxing time with the family. It’s tempting to get up at the crack of dawn to see and do as much as possible until late at night. But a vacation should allow you to sleep in when you want, right? That’s where Disney’s new Mid-Day Magic Ticket comes in. This new offering is going to be a lifesaver for your family!

For those of us who don’t want to get up early while on vacation, the Mid-Day Magic Ticket is the perfect compromise. Guests can catch some extra zzzs in the morning without feeling that they’re wasting time and money — because they won’t have to pay full price to go to their favorite Florida theme parks!

Disney introduced this new entry ticket for the fall and early winter season. As of right now, visitors can purchase the Mid-Day Magic Ticket to use between now and Dec. 15, 2019. This time frame means that guests to Walt Disney World can enjoy either the fall season with all the “Not So Scary” Halloween fun at the Magic Kingdom, the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival or even the start of the holiday season at all four theme parks!

The Mid-Day Magic Ticket is valid for admission to one of the four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom or Disney’s Hollywood Studios) after 12 p.m. and until the official park closing time.

The park looks even more magical after dark than it does during the day!

Three versions of the tickets are available for purchase:

  • Two-day ticket from $88 a day, plus tax (from $176 total, plus tax); full-day price: $116 a day
  • Three-day ticket from $84 a day, plus tax (from $252 total, plus tax);  full-day price: $112 a day
  • Four-day ticket from $79 a day, plus tax (from $316 total, plus tax); full-day price: $108 per day

A park-hopper option can be added on for an extra $80 per day, per ticket. This allows entry into all four theme parks in one day.

Prices are good for admissions for guests ages 10 and over and can vary depending on the calendar date. Check the price calendar for the best deals, as some ticket prices go down below $75 on some days. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The two-day ticket expires four days after the selected start date. The three-day ticket expires five days after the selected start date. The four-day ticket expires seven days after the selected start date.

Guests can book FastPass+ reservations with the Mid-Day Magic Ticket, but only for rides and attraction times that begin after 12 p.m.
