The products and services mentioned below were selected independent of sales and advertising. However, Don't Waste Your Money may receive a small commission from the purchase of any products or services through an affiliate link to the retailer's website.

They’re also hoping to work with people who can communicate through instant messenger (since it’s a remote position), and can work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

“You live for a challenge, are goal oriented, be willing to learn different systems, and easily navigate between multiple screens,” the job description notes.

For this job, you’ll need a home office that’s free of distractions and background noise and a good understanding of U.S. geography.

You’ll also need a USB headset, broadband/high speed internet (no Wi-Fi, according to U-Haul) and a computer with Windows 7, 8 or 10.

You don’t need a college degree for this job, but U-Haul wants you to have a high school diploma or GED, or currently be in school. You must be at least 16.

U-Haul says competition for this role is “fierce,” so hurry and apply today to make a little extra cash from home this summer.

Speaking of U-Haul, this company totally gets our obsession with side gigs. They have an entire section on their jobs website dedicated to “Moonlighter Jobs” for stay-at-home moms, college students and people with full-time jobs that just want to make a little extra cash on the side.
