Working from home comes with plenty of perks. You bypass rush-hour commutes. You oftentimes have more flexibility to balance your family life. Plus, if we’re being honest, your pets are easier to get along with than some co-workers and you can pretty much wear whatever you want to your home office, unless, of course, you have to be on video teleconferences or Skype. (Yoga pants for the win!)

On top of all that, there are even arguments that working from home translates to higher productivity.

Years ago, work from home (WFH) jobs were considered a trendy job perk. But, there’s been a shift in many workplaces, and these types of jobs are becoming far more commonplace in 2018, according to FlexJobs, a job posting website that focuses on WFH jobs, as well as part-time and flexible jobs.

Nearly 50 career fields are listed on FlexJobs. The wide-ranging fields include advertising, customer service, call center, sales, recruiting, data entry, translation, web design and more.

For those who are looking for a job that can be done out of a home office, Flexjobs has compiled a list of the companies that it expects to have the most remote offerings in 2018.

To curate the list, FlexJobs analyzed the listings of more than 49,000 companies, honing in on the ones that posted the most remote-friendly jobs in the past year. By their definition, “remote-friendly” means the jobs must have some level of telecommuting so that professionals can work from home part of the time or all of the time.

Making the list are some bigger, well-known companies as well as some you may have never heard of before. The companies that made the list run the gamut when it comes to industries, ranging from healthcare to telecommunications and they post jobs that range from English tutoring to transcription services.

For those who are looking for a highly coveted work from home job, here are the top 20 companies that FlexJobs expects will be hiring the most in 2018. (Their full list has 100 companies on it, which you can view on the FlexJobs website!)
