There’s no time better time for a cup of your favorite flavored coffee than the holiday season. It’s snowy and cold, you’re busy decorating and buying gifts, and you could probably use a break with a warm, toasty beverage. So carving out some time to sit with a seasonally-flavored coffee is pretty much a must.
Fortunately, Starbucks will not only have their usual festive drinks to help you stay awake while celebrating the season, but they’ll also have four new holiday cup designs to keep things merry. Beginning Nov. 7, you’ll find new cups decorated in polka dots, merry dance (red and green letters on a snowy white cup), merry stripes and candy cane stripes.
To celebrate the new cups and the holiday season, Starbucks will also be giving away free limited-edition reusable red cups that will get you a discount on your future coffee orders and keep you caffeinated throughout the holidays. The reusable cup is also festive and says “Merry Coffee.”
You’ll have to act fast to get the cup, though, as Starbucks is giving them away for one day only. Everyone who orders a holiday beverage at participating Starbucks stores on Nov. 7 will receive a reusable cup, while supplies last. You can then bring the cup back to a participating Starbucks store after 2 p.m. on Nov. 7-Jan. 7 and get 50 cents off each grande (16-ounce) holiday beverage you order.
Holiday drinks to choose from this year include peppermint mocha (which is back for its 17th year!), toasted white chocolate, caramel brulee latte, chestnut praline latte and eggnog latte.
You’ll also find festive food items on Starbucks’ menu, like a cranberry bliss bar, a sugar plum danish, a snowman cookie, a gingerbread loaf, a peppermint brownie cake pop, a snowman cake pop and a holiday turkey and stuffing panini, which has sliced turkey breast, cranberry-herb stuffing and turkey gravy, all served warm on toasted ciabatta bread.
Will you be heading to Starbucks on Nov. 7 to get a reusable cup and discounts all season long?
