Just in time for summer, Sam’s Club is offering a free health screening this weekend—and you don’t have to be a member to take advantage of this awesome deal.

On Saturday, May 13, visit any Sam’s Club location near you between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to take part in this free screening.

The screening includes:

  • Glucose levels
  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL (the “good” cholesterol)
  • Risk ratio
  • Blood pressure
  • Body fat percentage
  • Vision
  • Hearing

These measurements are good to know if you don’t have time for a complete physical with your physician. Plus, they can serve as a baseline—get another free screening next year to see how your health has changed or stayed the same.

And, did you know that some employers will give you discounts on your health insurance if you report these numbers to them? Check in with your human resources professional to find out if this is an incentive offered by your company, then head over to Sam’s Club!
