I also really like that it comes with a ceramic lid. I enjoy steaming my food and a problem with a lot of electric griddles is that they don’t come with a lid!
Above all, the manufacturer provided a cover lid, which is of great help when it comes to fast cooking because it retains heat and prevents oil/grease splashes.
Another great thing about this product is that it is fully immersible. The body guard and cooking plate, both can be washed in water.
The temperature is easily controlled and with the airtight lid, food is cooked extra fast.
The other feature is the ceramic cooking surface. It’s different than the traditional nonstick coating. You can use a metal utensil to cook the food. So, the accessories include a stainless steel spatula to you.

Most complaints are in regard to the heating temperature not reach it’s full 400 degrees.
The large plate makes it hard to maneuver around when not in use
However, this is not dishwasher safe, the thing is that titanium material is sensitive and any kind of scratch can appear on it.
The electric griddle is very expensive and does not come protected by a warranty.
According to my research, this griddle really doesn’t come with a hole and drip tray to catch the grease. If you cook the food will release a lot of fat or grease, I think you have to use a paper towel to absorb it. Otherwise, your food will be very oily and fatty.
And while it can be fully immersed in water, it’s also heavy and unwieldy, making it awkward to store, and tricky to wash in the sink.
