Sometimes needs guidance into shallower parts of pool.
What it has a hard time handling, are large pieces of debris like leaves and twigs.
It has some minor issues such as its tendency to get stuck on top of a raised main drain and problems with handling large leaves.
The G3 is able to pick up smaller acorns, but the larger one get stuck in the diaphragm. I have to grab the cleaner off the bottom and use a dowel to push the acorn through the diaphragm.
It tends to get stuck once in a while, especially if it is not positioned properly.
Does clean pool steps
It also doesn't clean the steps as advertised which is a bit of a bummer.
