What experts liked

Night Vision is quite great
This product offers remote configurations, recording, video browsing and the ability to playback. It also comes with motion detection and isn’t hindered by the sharp daylight or the dark of the night, as it has infrared.
- Safety
Another thing I'm impressed with is the picture quality. With 720 pixels and high definition, it's so clear that I can see when I need to sweep my floors and when the UPS man has spinach in his teeth.
- Today
The night vision is excellent, and the camera gives you quick and timely alerts. This outdoor camera is also weatherproof and resistant to the harshest weather conditions.
Night vision is clear to 66 feet, and the Zmodo app provides push notifications to users through a mobile device or a web browser.
They’re wireless and weatherproof, so they work indoors or out.
The Zmodo wireless security system will inform you of any movements around your home once it is motion detected.
The nice thing about this security system is that you can control it using the Zmodo smartphone application. This means that you can keep your smartphone handy and use it to monitor the stream, pan the camera, or control the security settings. This will make it easy to monitor and assess threats by your bedside if a midnight threat becomes apparent.
720p video quality with a decent night vision technology
The Zmodo security camera comes with exceptional night vision that allows you to see clearly up to 65ft in the dark.

What experts didn't like

Cloud support for storage isn’t available just yet.
What I'm not crazy about is the app. It's not very user-friendly, hence the 2.3-star rating in iTunes. The playback is also pretty slow. If you want to click on the timeline and instantly see what happened, you'll be disappointed. It takes a few seconds to load.
- Today
The Zmodo doesn’t provide local storage, but it does offer unlimited cloud storage.
This system also offers its own Zmodo Cloud Service, although it’s free only for the first month.
The only thing to keep in mind with these cameras is that they need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. As a result, you may need to be strategic as to which outlets you plug them into. Although the cameras themselves are weatherproof, outlets, on the other hand, are not. As a result, try to plug them in using extension cords which run into dry areas.
The only major downside is the length of the power cord. It is very short, and you might need to reroute cables to get it to work.
