From The Manufacturer

zero grid family passport holder family passport wallet The Family Organizer That Could Make Your Next Vacation Go Smoothly The Zero Grid Family Passport Wallet organizes all your family’s travel documents, credit cards, and cash in a single secure accessory. At Zero Grid, we believe that travel can change lives. Like most frequent fliers, the pressure of ever-escalating luggage fees from the airlines and security restrictions brought on by the TSA pushed us to cut down on how much we packed on each trip. Our frequent flights to Europe, Asia, and South America moving from planes to cars to trains also made us wary of over-packing. Less is more: memorable experiences are more important than things. Durability is important. It’s hard to replace a wallet or travel kit when you’re in a foreign country. Nothing should be too bulky. Travel gear shouldn’t get in the way. No traveler should suffer from electronic pickpocketing or identity theft. All wallets should have trustworthy RFID shielding. Value matters. Our customers should buy with confidence, knowing that the travel accessory will last for years. We designed the Zero Grid Family Passport Holder to be the most reliable family travel organizer available. We knew that there needed to be space for four passports or more. We wanted it to have all the RFID blocking security features that security-conscious family travelers have come to expect. Getting a family with kids into an airplane on time can be tough, but this makes it easier. When you pack with Zero Grid travel accessories, you can avoid all the irritation that comes with bringing more than you need with you on your trip. If your goal is to get on the plane with just a carry-on and your personal item, we want to make that easier for you. Cut down on wasted time on the security line and wasted money on baggage fees. The Zero Grid Family Passport Wallet is a great gift for any family that loves to travel. We put every product we sell through a rigorous testing process to ensure durability, visual appeal, and function. If a product doesn’t meet our standards, we don’t sell it. If our customers don’t like a product, we take it out of our catalog. This passport holder is no exception. Whether you mostly travel for business or for pleasure, we want to make it easier for you to pack less and travel more. Simplifying Family Travel When your family goes on a big trip that you’ve been planning for months or years, the last thing that you want to worry about is a lost passport or boarding pass. Keep it all in one place with our zippered passport holder. There are multiple pockets for tickets, passports, IDs, cash, and more. Just keep the family-sized wallet in your personal bag so no one in your family needs to worry about keeping track of your important papers and cards. The two-sided design also prevents the passport holder from bunching up when filled. The compact design helps you to make more room in your personal bag or purse for other travel items. The water-resistant fabric also protects your important documents from rain, spills, and other moisture when closed with the zipper. Unlike a conventional wallet, the Zero Grid Family Passport Holder has a cut-away pocket design so you can see what’s in each storage pouch without needing to rummage through it to find what you’re looking for. Protect Your Family With RFID-Blocking Security Thieves with digital scanners can steal identities from your entire family, make unauthorized charges on your credit cards, and ruin your great vacation. The Zero Grid Family Passport Wallet has RFID-blocking technology integrated into its durable nylon fabric. This shield won’t block your cell phone signals, but it will prevent unauthorized card and ID scanning. All recently issued US passports have RFID chips embedded in them. Thieves can scan these chips to get your passport photo, passport ID number, and more information. They can then use this to impersonate your family members, opening accounts in your name, accessing existing bank accounts, and causing havoc for you and your family. The Travel Organizer That Keeps Your Group On Track Passport holder carries all that you see here (4+ passports, boarding passes, multiple credit cards, cash, and keys). Get ready for the next leg of your vacation in just minutes. The compact design of the Zero Grid Family Passport Wallet allows you to carry more in less space. This travel organizer passport holder isn’t just for families: it can also keep tour groups, backpacking trips, and camping trips on track.

An Overview On Travel Wallets

Boarding a plane and traveling to faraway destinations makes you feel free, but there’s nothing free about getting there. Buying luggage, paying for plane tickets and reserving hotel rooms are all part of the package. One of the most important investments you’ll make when you travel is a travel wallet to hold your passports, ID cards, money, cell phone and more.

Staying organized from takeoff to landing and beyond will reduce your stress level and make your entire trip more enjoyable. A travel wallet is a lightweight way to keep everything you need at your fingertips.

The first feature you’ll want to look for in a travel wallet is the number of pockets and compartments. Will you be carrying lots of credit cards? Look for a wallet with plenty of card slots. Are you leading a group trip with multiple passports? A wallet with a deep passport pocket, or multiple passport pockets, is ideal for your needs. Mesh compartments make loose change easy to carry around, and a keyring will keep your front door key at the ready for when you return home.

A clear pocket for your ID cards comes in handy when walking into a new pub on the other side of the pond. You’ll also want an easy access pocket on the outside of your wallet for any boarding passes or train tickets.

An important feature that many companies are incorporating into their wallets is an RFID-blocking shield. Radio-frequency identification (or RFID) refers to a digital tag on each of your credit cards that can be captured via radio waves. This comes in handy when you’re using a touch-free payment feature at the grocery store, but it also puts your RFID-ready credit cards at risk.

Digital pickpockets can skim RFID cards from a few feet away, stealing your payment information and making out like bandits. RFID-blocking shields are built into some travel wallets. They block digital skimmers from reading your cards, keeping your money safe and sound. You’ll definitely want an RFID-blocking wallet if you carry RFID cards when you travel.

Some travel wallets are designed like regular fold-out wallets that you see every day. Others have an interesting book design, where different pockets and slots fold out like pages for easy organizing. Some also come with a long loop, so you can wear them around your neck and hide them under your shirt. You can also wear them over your shoulder and use them as a small handbag.

The Travel Wallet Buying Guide

  • Buying travel wallets comes down to one thing: location, location, location. The demands of your destination will determine what type of wallet you should buy. If you’re traveling to countries that use a lot of coins (like Belgium or Australia), make sure you’ve got a decent-sized change pouch. If you’re going to locations that rely on paper currency (like China), look for a wallet that has plenty of paper money slots. Traveling to multiple countries in one trip may require wallets with easy-access pockets for boarding passes. Wallets with room for more than one passport are ideal for traveling with your family or another large group.
  • The best travel wallets have two features: superior organization and tough security. Having separate pockets for passports, cash, credit cards and boarding passes will help you move through airports and trains more quickly. It will also reduce the risk that you’ll lose track of an essential document.
  • Security features to look for on a wallet include RFID-blocking technology (to protect yourself from digital pickpockets), tough zippers and straps that keep your wallet close to you. Some travel wallets have long neck loops so you can wear them under your shirt. Others have a wrist strap, so you don’t drop the wallet when you’re out on the town.
  • Water-resistant or waterproof materials are the way to go when looking at travel wallets. You don’t want a sudden downpour, a rogue water bottle in your bag or a drop in a puddle to wreck your vital documents.
  • Buying a travel wallet made with ripstop nylon will help prevent wear and tear. Double-stitching also helps a travel wallet last longer.
