What reviewers liked

The blade is also excellent in this knife. Not only is it beautiful and visually stunning, but it’s razor-sharp out of the box and can hold an edge for quite some time. The blade is hand finished following the traditional 3-Step Honbazuke Method to a 15 to 18 -degree angle for a precise cut every time.
