What experts liked

The print quality is really good. I did 9 prints of the battery holder and only one have a small misprint. Overall, this is a good printer.

It's big enough for most uses. (And considering the size of the Nano, it's a pretty generous print area.) This print bed is a piece of glass that can be easily removed by releasing a couple of latches, which makes it easier to remove prints.
- Tom's Guide
While the XYZmaker software makes it relatively easy to create your own models, you don’t have to start from scratch or do any designing yourself. There are thousands of printable models you can download for free.
- Review Geek
A fab first 3D printer for a primary school, STEM club, family or teenager. There are some really nice filaments available for this printer. We love that you can use the Microsoft 3D Builder tool with it as we've had a lot of success using this tool to create and repair 3D models.
- Tech Age Kids
A fine choice of 3D printer for a beginner or a simple enthusiast. It’s quiet, produces great prints, and, most importantly, is affordable.

What experts didn't like

I've been searching for weeks on how to use this printer. 0 help. 0 contact from the company. It's a 10 pound paperweight.
- Oh So Savvy Mom
Works only with XYZprinting's own PLA filament. Slow.
- Tom's Guide
I experienced several feeder jams during my test, and the documentation isn’t very clear about how to troubleshoot this or extruder problems.
- Review Geek
I would like physical buttons on the printer for loading and unloading filament. We do feel restricted by the range of colours available. XYZprinting favour transparent colours which are very pretty for some projects but many items work better in a solid colour. There are several solid colours available but we'd like to see more.
- Tech Age Kids
It takes a long time to print and that you can only use XYZ-provided filaments.
