Great for styling long and short hair, the larger barrels include a clamp to help keep long hair in place, while the smaller barrels are ideal for wrapping short to medium hair. Use the digital temperature control display to select between 9 settings. This wand curling iron set is designed with smart features, including universal dual voltage that adjusts automatically to the proper voltage when used with a compatible adapter, as well as a 60 minute auto shut off function, quick heating technology, and a 8’10,” 360 degree swivel cord. Please note, the barrels are designed to maximize surface area and do not have a cool tip. Use our included, heat resistant glove to keep your fingers safe while curling, and keep all barrels stowed in our zip travel case for easy styling on the go.

Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Overall the xtava Satin Wave 5-in-1 Curling Iron and Wand Set is a great option since it can create any type of curl you desire.
Five interchangeable barrels of different shapes and sizes will allow you to create all possible curls and waves requiring minimum effort.
The temperature display is accurate and easy to read.
What we love about this product is the variety it offers. You don’t only get clipless curlers, but also clip ones.
There are nine temperature settings from 250-410°, making this set a great choice for everyone except those with extremely fragile or extremely thick, difficult hair.
The five interchangeable barrels range in size from very small to very large, allowing you to create bouncy tight curls or free-flowing waves.
Whether you have short hair or long hair, there’s a barrel here for you. In each case, they use tourmaline technology so your hair looks shiny and vibrant.
Women with long hair often complain about split ends and frizz due to the use of heat. Thankfully, Xtava not only keeps your hair moisturized but also leaves a satin finish on your curls.
Unit heats up quickly and has automatic shut off: Safety and convenience are top priorities for this set. An automatic shut-off is wonderful – who hasn’t wondered if they forgot to turn off the iron? Plus, the heat-resistant glove protects against burns during use.
With 5 different barrels, you can be sure that this kit will help you in getting the hairstyle which you want. In addition to that, it comes along with protective gloves as well.
XTAVA Professional 5-in-1 Curling Iron can be used in every country because it has universal dual voltage.
You know how some people are Team Clamp and others are Team Wand? This set has both clamps and wands for you to style with.
The product also includes a universal dual voltage that can adjust for travel, so you will be guaranteed with the styles you crave anywhere you go. It has a heat-resistant bag which makes for safer, more secure storage of the unit and it also allows users to take the curling iron with them anywhere they please.

What reviewers didn't like

But the lack of a cool tip on the clip barrels is a turnoff. It also might not be perfect for you if you need a really hot iron since this unit has a bit of trouble staying hot and recovering heat.
The unit won't tell you by any sign or beep that its already been cooled down.
The barrel tip gets hot enough that it burned our testers.
It does not have a cool tip design as well as the curler tends to get quite hot.
One caution: the barrels don’t have cool tip protection, so you’ll need to use a heat-resistant glove (included with the set) to avoid burning yourself.
The five barrels are nice, but for the price, it would be better if XTAVA incorporated a digital readout and temperature adjustments. This is not the right set for everyone, but it does offer quite a bit of flexibility for thick and coarse hair types.
The absence of a cool tip on the handle bugged me a little. You will have to be careful and make it a point to wear gloves to prevent burn injury.
The five barrels get hot right to the very tip and should not be touched or grasped directly. Whether you’ve used a curling wand before or not, you should be cautious, especially at first, and always use the glove which is included.
This product has only one heat settings thus it is clear that your choice is restricted. This 4100 F tool cannot be used on the thin hair and damaged hair. It can only be tried in the thick to coarse hair.
This curler doesn't have a cool tip, so make sure to wear the complimentary heat-resistant glove when it's turned on.
One drawback of using the unit is the fact that it does not have a cool tip end. This means that while using it with two hands, you can burn your other hand with the unit. You have to adapt and make sure that you use it properly.
