The surface of the grill pan is designed in such a way that the heat can spread evenly and have better air and heat flow.
Not only is this grill pan optimal in cooking foods but it also comes with tiny slits in the pan that allow juices to flow out the bottom which actively works to reduce the fat in your foods!
