From The Manufacturer

Using electronic auto climate temperature control, the AVH2 Plus eliminates annoying hot and cold cycles, maintaining the set temperature while using less energy. The AVH2 Plus incorporates Vornado’s signature vortex technology to fully circulate the warm air throughout the room, creating a uniform temperature throughout. User-friendly push-button controls and a timer, along with a digital screen, put all of the heater’s functions at your fingertips. And a cool-touch case and overheat protection offer peace of mind — as does the 5-year warranty.

Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

The Vornado AVH2 Plus is capable of heating larger rooms, but can just as easily work for smaller spaces. This smart device can sense when your desired temperature is reached, and will adjust its settings to ensure you stay comfortable.
The VH200 is quieter than every ceramic heater we’ve heard, emitting only a soft, fanlike whir, and it’s compact enough to tuck away in a corner.
Surface stays relatively cool to the touch, even after the space heater has been running for a while
This amazing whole room heater kicks into high power immediately to make sure that you get a gentle vortex of warm air for every segment of your room. There is no waiting for its motor to get revved up as some heaters can tend to lag in power.

What reviewers didn't like

A space heater probably isn’t suitable for warming a very large room in a bigger house, and definitely isn’t for use as a whole-house heater.
It doesn't oscillate and struggles to distribute heat evenly. And, if you like your heater loaded with extras like a backlit control panel or optional fan, or remote control, give the VH2 a pass, since it has only the most basic features.
