The upper of the KSO EVO is very breathable and flexible.
With a sole that’s less than 5 millimeters thick, this shoe encourages a natural style of running, but still provides enough traction and durability to protect your feet. The KSO EVO also features a breathable and flexible upper and a lacing system that makes it quick and easy to get them on and off. They’re available in several different color combinations, including black, gray/black, blue/black, and black/red.
The material is resistant to abrasion and covers your feet from any sort of harm. It also has a breathable mesh that gives your feet fresh air and you can have it the entire day.
The shoe is quite lightweight . A women’s 38 size (US) weighs around 3.5 ounces, while a men’s 43 size (US) shoe weighs around 4.3 ounces. The rest of the shoe is made up of polyester fabric.
The thinnest and most “barefoot” of all Vibrams, great for a smooth gym floor. Individual toe compartments space toes just a bit, relieves bunions.
The sole of the Vibram Cross-Trainer KSO Evo is less than 5 mm thick, which is just enough to absorb shocks while providing ground feedback. This allows you to feel the terrain beneath your feet without having to worry about hurting yourself when stepping on stones.
These barefoot running shoes are the ideal combination of protection and ground feedback. They allow users to experience the terrain with a great grip and flexibility, keeping you level with the ground without risk of damage. These barefoot running shoes have separate toes for an even more natural feel, while still maintaining a high level of comfort. The tongue is lightly padded for support, and the speed lacing system makes wear incredibly easy. The rubber sole has great traction to deliver support and grip on a variety of different terrains, as well as to be thin enough for you to feel every step.
These shoes make running so much fun! I also took 2 pairs to Thailand last year, and it was as if my feet had their own separate vacation; stepping on all the cracks in the sidewalks was fun every day for 3 weeks.
- Vibram
The uniquely designed lacing system of these running shoes makes use of a wider tongue opening, which makes it very easy to slip on and off whenever you need to. The top of the shoe is also very flexible, which allows the shoe to mold very closely to the actual shape of your foot. This ensures a tight, yet comfortable fit – which makes it perfect for running a variety of distances – without becoming painful.

What reviewers didn't like

However, these shoes are not suited for extreme weather. It also lacks stability.
-
The sole is too thin and not durable. Some were complaining that the toes were too tight.
For those with wide feet, this might not be your Vibram Five Fingers.
Sole is somewhat thin, you will be able to feel every pebble and twig.
A major problem with the traditional running shoe design is that they can encourage poor running form. Ultimately, this can lead to pain, discomfort and injury.
