The best thing about this fitness rebounder is its portability. It weighs only 14 pounds and only takes a few seconds to fold. You can take it along on trips and picnics to take your adventures up a notch and to make sure that you don’t miss your daily workout sessions.

The six legs are removable and the top folds into a smaller area to make storage or transportation of the trampoline much easier. The frame is made of strong and sturdy steel.
- Best Womens Workout
It takes less than 20 minutes to set it up the first time, and then even fewer minutes the next time. Takedown is child’s play, though you could opt to lean it in the closet if you have to use it the following day. Because of its size, you can use it indoors for any season.

Looks GREAT for a budget trampoline - the padding is a clean silver with a black bouncing pad.

The legs detach, and the whole disassembled trampoline fits inside a storage bin. The frame is made of stainless steel, and the trampoline bed has a thirty-band tension resistance.
- Much Needed
It has safety pad covers bands.
- Garage Gym Power
This unit can fold down into smaller parts for easy transportation or storage. Indeed, no other trampoline on our list offers as much foldability as this one. If you’re someone on the go, and you need to keep up that exercise routine wherever you go, this is quite likely the trampoline that should be on your short list.
- Best Seekers
Light weight as it is, yet it can carry around up to 250 pounds. It is also super affordable for trainers or individual starters who would just need a basic and simple bouncing experience with this mini trampoline.

This 36-inch folding trampoline offers a very effective, safe, and progressive way to exercise, more so than many more expensive trampolines out there.

Thirty bands create the tension in this all steel frame trampoline. The bands are two inches wide to provide extra stability and endurance. It also offers a heavy duty frame with a tough jumping mat.
- Idea Hacks
Stamina 36-Inch Folding Trampoline is made of all-steel frame construction, which is rugged enough to withstand up to 250 pounds. It also comes equipped with 6 detachable legs and heavy-duty rebounding surface that has a safety pad.
- All Best Tops
The legs. These I was really impressed with. Each leg base on the frame is covered with a rubber cap that you can unscrew to reveal a small metal dowel. This design I thought was really clever: instead of a thin, sharp screw that pokes up into the legs, these were large, squat screws just smaller than the leg diameter with threading along the outside. Not only is this more stable, but less likely to poke me when I’m assembling and disassembling this.
- Trampolines Today
The thirty-six band tension support offers a great taut bouncing service. Each band is a full two inches wide for added durability and stability. The bands are only a part of the great construction features that make this an outstanding product choice.
- Trampoline Gurus
Easy to assemble.
- Best Trampoline Review
One of the most attention-grabbing characters of this rebounder is its ability to fold. You can easily fold it and store it when you are not using it. It also saves you space for other items that you may have at your place.
- Trampoline Guide
This trampoline has an easy set up, and though it's said that you might need two people to set it up, if there's just one of you, you can use your body weight to unfold it on your own.
- GetTrampoline
The Stamina 36 inch Trampoline is weather-proof as well. Keeping it in the back-yard is not a bad decision. So, do not worry about the downpour. The product will endure all of it.
- Trampoline Judge
This product is very simple to use. Firstly, follow the included instructions for a quick and easy setup as this will get you bouncing significantly sooner. Once the unit is constructed, place on a flat surface for a more consistent and even bounce. That will also help with weight dispersion across the trampoline as well as your body. Finally, get on and start your routine; just remember bouncing in the center of the jump mat will provide optimal results.
- Sky High Trampoline
Much safer because of the use of elastic bands instead of springs.
- The Jump Central
With its 36 inches diameter, it is a good and safe space for progressive workouts. Adults can enjoy it too, as it supports up to 250 pounds of user weight.
- Best Trampoline Info
It comes with a foldable design which enables you to reduce it into a compact design for easy portability and storage. What’s more, it has an incredibly lightweight design (weighs as light as 14 pounds), making it even easier to take with you everywhere and stick to your routine.
- Rocks for Kids
It is pretty strong and stable for its price, with 30 bungee cords that help to give you all of the tension you need for your jump.
- JumpLife
June 27, 2019 | Full review
We liked the most is the number of bands. There are 30 of them and thanks to this advantage you can enjoy with the safety. What this means is that the bands won’t crack under tension and they can be used for a long period of time. In other words, all of you can use the trampoline as long as you want.
- Galleta Meadows
Strong elastic bands: That is good news because you will never have to worry about the noise that comes with springs.
- Trampoline View
The frame on this model is made with a heavy-duty steel that is also rust resistant. There are thirty bands that are two inches wide, which provides a stable and durable jumping ability.
- Rebound Tumbling
One cool feature of this rebounder from Stamina is that it’s foldable, making it suitable to store away somewhere such as in a closer or duffel bag.
- Pro Trampoline Reviews
You have 6 separable legs that can be anything but difficult to introduce and every one accompanies an elastic cushion so your floor will be secured consistently. Fitting the legs is super-simple and there won’t be any issues here.
- MySmartChoice
The six detachable rubber-tipped legs allow it to stay firmly on its place and prevent scratches on your floor and even on a carpet, giving you a sense of stability and security.

An interesting feature of Stamina’s trampoline is its folding ability. You can fold down the device into smaller components – this is good for compact storage and travelling purposes.
- Strength Authority
The whole assembly folds up into an easy-to-move package, and the trampoline only weighs 14 pounds. There are six detachable rubber-tipped legs and a durable safety pad that covers the springs.
- Trampoline Masters

It has 30-tension band which is adjustable for different weight and cardio plan. These tension bands ensure a steady and gentle motion with each bounce.

What experts didn't like
Elastic bands provide less bounce than metal springs and may not be as durable in high intensity workouts.

No resistance bands.
- Idea Hacks
The silver cover is quite hard to stretch onto the trampoline, so you need to be at least two people to get the job done.
- All Best Tops
After taking it out of the bag, just picking it up had it falling open to an extent, but actually getting it to lock into place wasn’t very easy.
- Trampolines Today
Silver cover is hard to stretch over rebounder
- Best Trampoline Review
It does not have a handlebar or a safety enclosure net.
- Trampoline Guide
Some of the cons are that the trampoline might stretch out rather quickly, and if you are a heavy trampoline jumper, you may notice this happening more quickly. It may not last as long as you might expect it too. Some of the critics say that the trampoline will start sagging within a year, so keep in mind that, with an inexpensive product, you may want to replace it regularly, if you can.
- GetTrampoline
The Stamina 36 inch Trampoline is not equipped with an enclosure net. This puts the user at risk. Various trampolines have an enclosure net to provide safety. Hence, this makes the product very risky and uneasy to use. For kids, this product is not an apt one. This is a big minus for this product.
- Trampoline Judge
Folding requires some disassembly.
- Sky High Trampoline
Foldable but it’s not designed to be folded after every use.
- The Jump Central
Difficult to fold down.
- Best Trampoline Info
Makes noise when used. Isn’t suitable for heavier individuals.
- Galleta Meadows
The silver cover is tough to stretch onto the trampoline.
- Trampoline View
The only problem with this feature is that it can take a while (and a little strength) to fully disassemble.
- Pro Trampoline Reviews
Straps are difficult to repair.
- MySmartChoice
However, this size won’t give you enough space for more jumping variety.

An Overview On Mini Trampolines

Trampolines aren’t just for kids. Mini trampolines are designed primarily with fitness in mind, making them perfect for your home gym. Most mini trampolines can be set up inside, which means you can work out while watching TV, listening to audiobooks or blasting your favorite music. Best of all, it’s good exercise.

“Jumping on a mini-trampoline is easier on the joints because of the shock absorption built into the trampoline,” says certified personal trainer Stephanie Mansour, founder of “Step It Up With Steph.” “Doing cardio on a mini trampoline can also help improve blood flow and help strengthen the muscles and bones.”

But before you buy a mini trampoline, you’ll need to make sure you have plenty of space for it. As handy as it can be to go with a smaller model, you’ll typically sacrifice jumping space for the convenience. It’s important to determine exactly how much space you’ll need. If you plan to do flips or other aerial tricks, make sure you get a mini trampoline with a surface area large enough for you.

Safety is the most important feature when shopping for mini-trampolines. Some trampolines come with enclosures around them. This is especially important if your children will be using it. But other features, like padding and sturdy legs, also come into play. Make sure you pay close attention to durability when searching for safety features. If the bands or springs break mid-jump, your previously safe trampoline could suddenly become a hazard.

Unless you plan to set your trampoline up and leave it for the duration, storage and portability are both important issues. Although most mini-trampolines are tough to fold up, some are easier than others. If you plan to ever fold it up for storage or, more importantly, take it on the go with you, make sure you choose a portable, lightweight model.

DWYM Fun Fact

The inventor of the trampoline was inspired by trapeze artists at the circus. While watching, George Nissen wondered just how much more entertaining the acts would be if they could somehow continue to bounce. Using a rectangle steel frame, a canvas sheet and innertubes, he built a piece of equipment he called a “bouncing rig” along with college gymnastics coach Larry Griswold. Nissen began promoting the trampoline across the U.S., but he began to face competition. To stand out from other trampoline inventors, he rented a kangaroo for a demonstration in Central Park. He made plenty of money off his creation until the 1960s when he let his trademark expire.

The Mini Trampoline Buying Guide

  • The first big decision you’ll make is whether to go with a trampoline with springs or elastic bands. Bands have their benefits, but some have a little less bounce than spring-based trampolines. If you’re into high-intensity workouts, this could get in the way. However, you may like the smooth, consistent jump the bands provide for moderate-and low-intensity workouts. Some models use bungee cords, while others use elastic bands or springs.
  • No matter how enjoyable the jumping experience, the safety of you and your family is a top priority. “Look for a mini trampoline that comes with metal framing and durable springs or elastic bands,” Mansour says. “Safety is important when you’re looking at mini trampolines because you’ll be using them a lot and they need to be able to withstand your weight. Look at how many pounds the trampoline can hold, and also think about who will be using this (bigger person trying to lose weight, or a kid trying to have fun and get in cardio) and then look into the weight capacity and size of the trampoline.”
  • Look for bungee cords that are padded for extra protection. Models with as many as 30 cords are best, as they can keep you safe in the event that one or more of the cords break.
  • Consider a mini trampoline with an arched leg construction, which provides stability to help keep you safe. Some models incorporate anti-slip rubber guards on their legs to keep the trampoline in place to avoid dangerous movement while jumping.
  • If your children will be using your mini trampoline, consider one with an enclosure system to help prevent falls. Look for a model that eliminates the dangerous gaps you see with some enclosures.
  • A 30-band tension resistance and stainless-steel frame make mini trampolines especially sturdy.
  • Weight capacity is also important. Some models have a high weight limit of 250 pounds, while others are much less.
  • Check out the jumping area. An extra-large jumping area of a full 36-inch diameter is great for both kids and adults.
  • Most mini trampolines will work indoors. If you plan to set your trampoline up outdoors, though, look for one that can be used both inside and outside.
  • Some mini trampolines are lightweight and extremely portable. A weight of only 14 pounds is a great choice if you’re hoping to take the trampoline on the road with you. Typically, you can remove the legs and fold the mini-trampoline up to either store it or transport it.
  • Band- and cord-based trampolines can be more adjustable than those with springs, which makes them perfect for households where multiple people will be jumping. When you can adjust the tension, you are able to customize your workout for your own unique preferences.
