The only problem that it poses is with its size chart. It becomes very difficult to fathom the actual size with the size chart that it contains.

Has no adjustable straps
One of the most common complaints for the Squeem waist trimmer has been in regards to the comfort of the product, as many reviewers talk about not being able to wear the garment for very long without experiencing a lot of discomfort.
The only downside is that it does contain latex, so if you’re allergic, that’s going to be a problem. Women without latex allergies should be fine, however.
I really like it, but the rubber smells is off-putting
Some clincher sizes are small to some people but they can be easily replaced with bigger ones.
