From The Manufacturer

A close, comfortable shave requires a lot of moisture. What better place to get wet than in the shower! Simply by its unique design, The Deluxe Shave Well Mirror will change the way you feel about shaving in the shower and is 33% bigger than the original Shave Well mirror. Warm it up! To get a truly fog-free reflection with your Shave Well mirror, hold it under the shower stream for a few seconds to “warm it up” right before you shave. What is fog and why does it happen? Fog is simply condensation. Shower water is much warmer than the air temperature of most homes. Your warm shower heats the air and it becomes saturated. This warm moist air becomes fog or condensation which collects on all cooler surfaces – like mirrors. In the few seconds you hold your mirror under the shower spray the temperature of the moist air and the mirror equalize to create a long lasting, truly fog free image for the duration of your shower. No more temperature difference – no more fog. Suction cups don’t suck! The Shave Well adhesive hook will stick long after a suction cup would lose its suck. As Goldilocks said it’s just right. The Deluxe Shave Well Mirror measures 6.83″ tall, 5.25″ wide and is 1/8″ thick. The base of the adhesive hook (the part that sticks to the wall) is 1″ x 1 1/2″.

This dead simple, extremely budget friendly mirror is great for the cost-conscious shopper. Featuring just an adhesive hook and mirror, its minimalist design will serve you well for your shower shave. While most fogless mirrors will feature a suction cup design at this price point, this is a pretty good value.

The whole point of a shower mirror is that they don’t fog up, which is obviously one of the most important points. But it’s also important that they have a way to hang safely without walling. Suction cups can loose their stickiness, and if a mirror falls, chances are it’ll break. The Shave Well shower mirror hangs on a hook, which makes it a perfect choice for a permanent shower resident.
- Much Needed
When it comes to a cheap shower mirror we found something that is super easy to use, attach and take down as needed. The Shave Well Co. Mirror is small, lightweight and doesn’t fog, even in the humidity of your shower, which is why it’s the best shower shaving mirror. You just hold it under the water for a few seconds and then hang it up on the included hook (which will stay attached to your wall).
- Geek Wrapped
Once it’s warmed up, the mirror’s temperature will ensure no pesky condensation fogs up its surface. You can then put it back on the hook and use it. This basically operates on the same principles as ToiletTree’s heated water mirror, except that you soak this mirror instead of filling it with water.
- Complete Home Spa
The simple Shave Well Company Deluxe lets you see your face with clarity while performing delicate daily maintenance duties. It hangs from a wall mounted hook and has a slim profile so you can easily remove it and take it with you when you travel.

Deluxe Shave Well Fog-free Shower Mirror is simply condensation. With fantastic design and quality material make it the third best fog free mirror in our eyes. The most amazing part of this mirror will make you overwhelmed. Keep it under the shower stream; you will see the temperature of the shower and the mirror will balance to provide fog-free clear reflection. The installation and cleaning procedure is simpler than you imagine.
- Simple Toilet
This large shower mirror basically works the same like the other two. Difference is it does not have a water reservoir. You can just hold it under the shower stream for seconds and warm it up right before shaving. Fog is just simply condensation. With its unique style, this mirror will change the way you feel about shaving in the shower. In the few seconds that you hold your mirror under the shower spray, it practically equalizes the temperature of the moist air and you mirror. Thus, making it fog free.

An Overview On Shower Mirrors

Shaving in the shower instead of at the bathroom sink is becoming more and more popular among men. Perhaps this is because less mess is made, making clean-up is a breeze. Another reason may be the fact that the bathroom mirror fogs up repeatedly, making the entire shaving process take much longer than it needs to.

Shaving mirrors are an excellent tool to speed up your morning routine. Before you buy one, there are a few things you’ll want to know.

Make sure the model is shatterproof. The last thing you want to do while installing the shower mirror is drop it and risk getting a nasty cut.

Next, look for a protective coating that is both fog-free and shadow-free. Stopping to wipe the mirror constantly while the steam continues to build in the shower won’t save you time. You want a model that states it is guaranteed not to fog, or stay fog-free, for life.

How is the shower mirror attached to the wall? Does it use adhesive or suction cups? Suction cups work well, but they don’t hold their grip as long as adhesive. Additionally, you want to make sure the adhesive is removable so that you can adjust the mirror as needed.

Determine how adjustable the shower mirror is. Can you tilt it down when shaving your chin and then tilt it back up to shave across your cheekbones? Perhaps the unit hangs from a rope. This option would also allow you to position the mirror in a myriad of ways.

Check for any extras. For example, does the model feature a shelf that can hold your razor or is there a light to make it easier to see when you close the shower curtain and block the bathroom light? Does it come with a squeegee to wipe down the mirror after each use? Sometimes it’s the extra features that help you decide between the best two options.

The Shower Mirror Buying Guide

  • It’s always a good idea to dry the shower mirror off at the end of each shower with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
  • Over time, soap scum can build up on your mirror. When that happens, you’ll need to use one of several methods to remove it. You can use shaving cream or shampoo. Simply rub the mirror with the product to dissolve the soap scum and then rinse clean. Another option is to wipe down the mirror with a dryer sheet.
  • Never use vinegar or an abrasive cleaner on the shower mirror. These agents are harsh, and they will remove the protective coating that prevents the mirror from fogging up. The abrasive cleaner may also scratch the surface of the mirror, making it harder to see during a shave.
  • Should your mirror’s fog-free coating start to lose its effectiveness, apply a thin coating of a rain-repellent product made for car windshields. This is a handy solution to extend the life of your mirror.
  • Command makes large water-resistant strips for use in showers and bathtubs. If the adhesive on your shower mirror starts to come loose, these strips will work well to get your mirror back in place.
  • When considering the price of a shower mirror, you’ll need to take a look at a few features. For example, mirrors that use a more reliable adhesive will cost slightly more than models that use suction cups. Size is also a factor, as larger surfaces command a higher price. If you’re willing to forgo extras, such as an attached shelf for storing your razor, you’ll be able to purchase a shower mirror at a lower amount.
