Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Fun colors. This ringer is a younger tester favorite.
The Selieve Walkie Talkie might just be our favorite when it comes to pleasing design. The colors are calming and the grip is comfortable and secure. A well-lit LCD screen is easy to read and the buttons have great feedback, as opposed to some other models where the buttons are really hard to push.
This walkie talkie has an impressive 3-mile range and offers endless entertainment to the kids. The push buttons make it easy to operate and the sound quality of the microphone, with an adjustable volume button, makes communication better.
They are small, making them the right size for little hands, and have an easy-to-push button to activate. Each handset has a built-in flashlight, a light-up screen.
The design makes it easy for small hands to hold without getting tired, and grip is solid as well. The buttons are also easy to press and won’t get stuck when held down firmly.

What reviewers didn't like

These talkies, alongside their twins, have a lot of buttons, and to be honest, most are unnecessary or cause unintended channel changes that are hard to fix quickly. There is even an annoying ringer that may draw attention to your handheld buddy but prevents any talking and is irritating to adults.
One of the more common things mentioned in reviews of the Selieve walkies is how much battery power they can eat up, and from what we can tell this seems to be true.
Display light is too bright.
Getting the batteries to stay securely inside the radio could be challenging. They have a tendency to come out, even after you think that you’ve closed it. You might even end up using tape to get it to shut.
