Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

The design of the Samsung Q7FN is excellent and up to par with last year's Q7F. It comes along with the OneConnect box incorporating some improvements over last year's design.
This allows you to sit closer to a larger TV and get the immersive movie theater experience. Most movie theaters now use a 4K projector, so in effect you will have movie theater resolution in the home.
The QLED Samsung Q7FN has some of the best input performance this year. It covers all of the resolutions (including 4K), the input lag is very low, there is good input diversity, and the supported features include HDR10.
Overall, Samsung Q7FN has great motion handling when used for playing fast moving images like sports or fast movies. For LED TV, its pixel response time is fairly low that means it is great.
Samsung QN65Q7FN is one of the best TVs out there. The picture quality is amazing thanks to the quantum dot display and Q HDR Elite. Also the colors look very good thanks to the quantum dot color technology.

What reviewers didn't like

Picture quality degrades at an angle.
Additionally, the Q7FN has issues with one level of 24p playback that you’d expect a smart TV like this to not be concerned with.
The design is good but the price is a little high.
