Unfortunately, I ran into the same problem with this trampoline as with the Crescendo Fitness – no clear warranty information. Other customers have also expressed frustration over unclear warranty protection, and the parent company is difficult to contact.

Even though manufacturer clearly tagged this mini trampoline with 250 lbs weight limit, most adult users after several months report that welding which holds legs broke, making it useless.
