An awesome cheese knife because it’s super versatile (as the name implies). I love the product and I love the price. If I didn’t already own the tools to get the job done, I would not mind investing in one of these handy little cheese knives! The stainless steel blade is rust and corrosion resistant. Can cut hard or soft cheese and will even cut through sausage, veggies and fruit.
A great versatile cheese knife that you can use for different foods. This is a stainless steel cheese knife and overall 10-inch long with a 5.5-inch blade. And this special cheese knife design for a unique surface blade with a super sharp lifetime serrated edge. When I first saw this knife, I immediately christened it the “Swiss Army Cheese Knife” because of its versatility. The construct is stainless steel with a strong, easy-to-grip Bakelite handle. The hollow blade prevents sticking, the blade is sharp enough to handle both hard and soft cheeses, and the fork attachment allows you to stab the pieces once they’ve fallen off the knife.

What experts didn't like

The serrated edge can slice through your cutting board if you aren’t careful. The corners of the square holes can collect cheese bits if you don’t thoroughly clean it after each use. The edge of the blade is serrated on only one side. Sometimes if you don’t dry the knife thoroughly it can develop rust spots, which leads me to believe it may not be a true stainless steel
This knife is best suited for right handed use.
Not ideal for very hard cheese and frozen butter.
The price point for the Prodyne CK-300 is a bit on the higher end for a single knife. Hollow blade can be difficult to clean. No protective sleeve included.
