What experts liked

Pizza takes about 15 minutes to cool. Also works for a variety of other foods, from chicken fingers to s'mores. Easy to clean and store. Comes with a timer. Top and bottom heating elements work separately, giving you full control over how this option cooks. Nice design.
- BestReviews
The pizza maker is really easy to set up and easy to clean as well. The Pizza maker has two heating elements which are the lower element and the upper element. You do not need to preheat this and all you need to do is set the timer.
- Countertop Pizza Oven
It's great for small spaces. Unlike other electric pizza ovens, no pre-heating needed. Its efficient use of electricity means it saves as much as 60% in energy costs! It's great for summer cooking because it only heats itself. You can use it to cook other foods too.

What experts didn't like

This oven gets deceptively hot; be careful with it around children, or your own skin. Pizza cooks well, but does not end up piping hot when done. Has a break-in small that takes a few uses to clear up.
- BestReviews
The pizza maker takes around 15-20 minutes which is quite some time in comparison to other pizza makers. The pizza maker rings a bell when the timer goes off but does not stop heating so you might want to switch off the pizza maker and then remove the pan.
- Countertop Pizza Oven
As the oven is not enclosed, the elements become incredibly hot. Some people feel it doesn't cook the centre of the pizza. Some people report the tray gets marked. The base can go a little soft when taken off the pizza oven and put onto a plate.

An Overview On Small Appliances

Whether you live in an apartment with restrictions or perhaps just can’t afford certain full-sized appliances, you will find great value in adding a small appliance to your kitchen. From hand mixers in place of stand mixers and countertop grills in place of a patio grill, all those small appliances can make life in the kitchen much tastier. The top small appliances will also make healthy eating an easy and achievable task.

There are a wide variety of small appliances to choose from. There are blenders and mixers, toaster ovens and microwaves, and fryers and slow cookers to make your food prep super simple. Indoor electric grills are quite a popular small appliance. They can give you those summertime cookout foods without a full-sized grill. The Hamilton Beach Electric Indoor Grill is perfect for steak night or burgers or even fresh veggies on the grill. If you love paninis and want to make them at home, the George Foreman Removable Plate Grill and Panini Press will do the trick. If you want the versatility to do both, choose the Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler. If you love pizza nights at home, the Presto Pizzazz Plus Rotating Oven makes it fun to watch your pizza bake right on the countertop.

Small appliances are typically easy to store, as well. Being made for small spaces, it makes sense that they would be well-organized units or break down into smaller parts. In addition, their parts are usually detachable for easy cleaning. Some even have dishwasher-safe parts that make cleanup even easier. An added bonus to these small appliances is their energy-saving electric usage. Most of them use less electricity than full-size ovens or stoves so you can feel good when plugging these small appliances in at home.

The Small Appliance Buying Guide

  • If you want to use your small appliance for more than one purpose, find one that has multiple attachments.
  • Make sure the parts are dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.
  • Look for individual heat settings so you can control the temperature for different foods.
