What experts liked
The Plantronics BackBeat Go is a compact wireless stereo headset that sounds decent, is attractively designed, and is reasonably priced.
The flexible neckband is more comfortable than competing designs, and the oblong ear tips make it easy to get a comfortable fit and a great seal.
- New York Times Wirecutter
In High mode, I found the ANC effectively tamped down air conditioning whir and fan noise, as well as loud low-frequency rumble like you might hear on an airplane or train.
- PC Magazine
If there's bright spot in terms of the performance, it's the headphone’s strong, reliable connection thanks to the inclusion of Bluetooth 5.0 that prevented the headphones from skipping or dropping out in our daily use.
- Tech Radar
It is appreciated, however, that the buttons are easy to distinguish and that listeners can access their virtual assistants via the center button.
- Soundguys
What experts didn't like
Battery life isn't great (4.5 hours); buttons on the inline remote are small; and the LED that indicates when the device is on or in pairing mode is tiny.
The only real demerit is the lower-than-average eight-hour battery life (with noise cancelling on).
- New York Times Wirecutter
Both modes, unfortunately, add quite a bit of notable high-frequency hiss.
- PC Magazine
We found the bass overbearing in some tracks but mainstream music sounds fun and dynamic.
- Tech Radar
When running, it bobs up and down relentlessly and when weight-lifting, the neckband slides down my back during a bench press.
- Soundguys

From The Manufacturer

Escape with the BackBeat GO 410 wireless active noise-canceling (ANC) earbuds. Its lightweight design provides comfortable all-day listening, while dual-mode ANC makes it easy to control how much noise you tune out.
