What reviewers liked

All in all, we are very happy with the grinder. I can’t speak to very long time use but over several weeks we are problem free and seeing how well built it is I anticipate it lasting a long time to come!
So long as you mainly drink drip or French press coffee, the OXO’s relatively even grind, wide range of settings, and ease of use make it a good alternative if you can’t afford the Baratza Encore, which still offers a more consistent, versatile grind.
It provides good grind consistency and reasonably intuitive interface, plus its habit of spilling grinds and somewhat jarring noise felt less offensive when you haven't spent multiple hundreds of dollars.
The 40mm conical burrs are made out of stainless steel, so you still get the maximum flavor but coffee bean grounds tend to be a little more uniform

What reviewers didn't like

Additionally, the beans don't feed through the hopper very evenly so the grinder will stop prematurely. The grinder advertises as low/no static but I experience a lot of static.
That being said, we've found other models in the same price range that do a slightly better job overall, so we would only recommend the BREW Conical Bur if you find it on sale.
The manufacturers do suggest you don’t use water to clean the inside of the appliance.
The coarsest settings aren’t the most consistent
