What experts didn't like

Clamp doesn't fit over some countertop edges
It didn't wow us like our top two picks (and some of the fettuccine noodles stuck together).
As with every manual pasta maker, this one may be too much to handle, especially if you are a newbie. Just imagine juggling to turn the crack and keeping the dough from sticking to the back of the machine at the same time.
you might have some difficulty in attaching it to the counter top
More importantly, the clamp barely holds it down – not a problem if you have someone to help you, but if you’re working alone, I suggest you grow yourself a third hand or something.
Sometimes the detachable handle can come out when cranking
- Skuddl
