Optima Battery has produced this model to work in harsh and sever conditions. Therefore it should be resilient to vibration and able to kick start in extreme weather conditions.

The overall weight of this battery is what we love more because compared to others, it sheds almost 12 lbs.
This battery makes it so easy for one to take start-ups for granted since its ignition power is so consistent. It is has been tested on everything from fast launches to hard corners, and prolonged racing.
This is an internal design using the structure of the fibrous medium in the battery. This structure makes the battery significantly more efficient and durable–in theory.

Optima is marketing this battery as a very durable type due to its vibration-resistance feature. According to the brand, it has twice the power of the feature in comparison to other car batteries.
The battery is also leakage and spillage proof which promotes its corrosion resistant capabilities.
What reviewers didn't like
A few reports of failed battery life after about a year. Some consumers received batteries that wouldn't hold a charge.
Due to high burst power output and SpiralCell design, this battery can be more expensive than many automotive batteries

Prone to problems after one year of use
In practice, the Red Top has recently been hit with a rash of complaints concerning the longevity of the product. It does seem like this may have been a bad batch, but the response was not insignificant.
