The Oppo UDP-203 is a well-built, premium 4K Blu-ray player and the first to support Dolby Vision disc playback. Connectivity is superb, with a full 7.1 analog output and even an HDMI input for connecting streaming players. Video and audio quality is excellent.

If you want even better looking upscaling of DVD and Blu-ray discs, or want Dolby Vision support and are willing to pay for it, the Oppo UDP-203 is the best 4K Blu-ray player available. It outdoes the competition by scaling lower-resolution video with fewer artifacts.
The player has an attractive brushed aluminum face plate with the disc drawer and LCD readout in the center.
The UDP-203 supports the HDR10 High Dynamic Range format and can pass up to 12-bit color and the BT.2020 color space.

The player is expensive and defiantly free of built-in streaming features. Picture performance isn't readily distinguishable from players at half the price.
