It provides the required leverage and clearance to release the spring pressure and remove the tensioner pulley. It includes a long handle and 4 Shallow 13, 15, 16, and 18 mm sockets as well as a 1/2″ drive adapter. The handle has a 3/8″ square drive for jobs requiring extra leverage.
